Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The service provided was not delivered as agreed.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Digital downloads, software licenses, or other non-tangible goods

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Items marked Final Sale

Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact support@example.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the refund request

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
