Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • Include all original accessories, tags, manuals, and components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

  • Perishable or consumable goods

  • Items marked Final Sale

How to Request an Exchange

To begin an exchange request, customers must contact support@example.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item to be exchanged

  • Desired replacement size, color, or item

Our team will provide return instructions and confirm product availability.

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If the requested replacement is not in stock, customers may choose an alternative item or receive store credit.

Shipping Costs

Unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping the item back to us

  • Any additional shipping fees for the replacement item
